Please email the Loan Submission documents to obtain a pre-qualification and or term sheet for your client.

Please open & save & forward client documents as a .pdf (image) and simply forward it. Have title & appraisal companies send you documents via email or scan them in yourself and email. To save as .pdf you may have software - if not Adobe offers a free download for pdf's.

If you have a Calyx Point 1003 on your borrower with credit, please send the file in editable format, include any neccessary passwords. This will save time on making changes if neccessary to the final loan. If you need a blank 1003 application Loan Ace offers a free software online. Also eFannieMae has a blank online.

Email Subject Lines to Include Name & Description.
Example: 1) Jones Appraisal, 2) Jones Application, 3) Jones Title & Payoffs, 4) Jones Zip File etc.

  • Appraisal, (If older than 6 Months - Broker Opinion Letter of Current Value may be more accurate)

    If a Refinance: Payoffs, & Purpose of Cash Out Letter

  • Personal Financial Statement (List of Assets & Liabilities)
  • Broker Agreement Signed & Dated w/Client
  • Non-Disclosure/Privacy Agreement to Eastland
  • Cash Out Purpose & Credit Explanation if applicable
  • If Bridge, Construction or Hard Money:
    Executive Summary - describing loan terms requested, terms, reason for loan. Include summary of assets & liabilities, LTV, credit type, ability to repay, and or payment & exit strategy.
